    RT： 印度政府发函要求 GitHub 3 小时内屏蔽聊天软件 BitChat，理由是该应用匿名化、没有中心服务器、不需要实名认证，这不利于监管。BitChat 不依赖互联网，而是通过蓝牙进行点对点连接和通过蓝牙进行网状组网。印度无法通过技术手段直接屏蔽 BitChat，所以要求 GitHub 禁止印度民众访问 BitChat 开源代码仓库。查看全文：https://ourl.co/114066
